What is Strength and Conditioning?

 

S&C involves additional training outside of your main sport designed to complement and ultimately enhance your performance and reduce your risk of injury.

Our experienced coaches at VIRTUS are able to chat with you regarding your goals in order to tailor-make you a program suited for your sports requirements.

Not only will you feel stronger, faster and fitter, but you will also begin to notice rate of injuries reducing.

Learning how to move outside of your sport has significant transferability not only to your sport, but also to your daily living.
